Calm the body and mind enveloped in this new sound meditation system. Together, we immerse ourselves in sound waves as mantra-like resonance guides us towards deeper states of rest.

** This workshop is free and open to the public as part of Moogfest’s The Joyful Noise of STEAM program, and is appropriate for children ages 14 and up. A festival ticket is not required to attend. 

** This workshop is limited in capacity and offered on a first come first served basis. Please plan to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session. 

** Entrance is not guaranteed.
