Limited Capacityfull Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.
I like to be a bit of a hoarder when I prepare for performances. I’ve always loved to gather things, as if I’m preparing some kind of spell.
Let’s get together with and gather thoughts and ideas for our Moogfest performance the following day. Maybe we will talk about performing and watching performances, like: What is a performance? What could a performance be? When does the formats of concerts, festivals, music industry, let you down? How can we get around the formats? What are your performative dreams? Can we use the space of a performance to dream together?
Maybe we look at material from me and my collaborators' previous work, and maybe you also bring in material. Do you have images, pieces of writing, topics, films, sounds, tweets, or suggestions you would like to bring in or discuss?
Let's make a space that can shake, deconstruct, destabilize or somehow influence our performance.
This workshop is for any human who wants to discuss and participate in the process of a show. No need to be a musician or artist.
