Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.

Collaborate to explore site-responsive sonic environments through a cooperative sound installation/performance. In this one-hour workshop, participants will explore relationships between people, sounds, and spaces using portable microcomputer technologies. Working with microphones, portable speakers, and sensors, and using simple feedback loops and delay lines on embeddable microprocessors (Bela), participants will learn about musical and technical approaches for artistically responding to and participating in a given site as a collective. We will develop an in-situ installation/performance in which each participant and their system becomes part of a larger, emergent sonic structure.

** If you successfully register for this workshop, it will be confirmed in your personalized schedule. Please plan to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session. Those not in attendance 5 minutes before the session begins will forfeit their spot to those in line.

** If you were unable to successfully register for this workshop but were added to the waitlist and want to attend, it may still be possible if a space becomes available on the day of the session. Please plan to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session and wait in the standby line. Open spots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis to those in line.

** By registering for a workshop, you acknowledge that Moogfest may share your email address with the instructor for the purpose of planning and coordinating this event.
