Moogfest 2018

Learn how to use sensors and micro-controllers to create dynamic electronic music interfaces in this hands-on workshop. We will cover the basics of working with Arduino, different types of analog sensors, and how to hook everything up to your computer to control digital instruments built in Max. Everyone will be encouraged to explore playing with the interfaces and instruments in a guided group improvisation.


Participants are asked to bring a laptop running OSX for the workshop.

Those not in attendance 5 minutes before the session begins will forfeit their spot to those in line. 

** If you were unable to successfully register for this workshop but were added to the waitlist and want to attend, it may still be possible if a space becomes available on the day of the session. Please plan to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session and wait in the standby line. Open spots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis to those in line.
